Trim the wick

Before each burn, trim the wick to approximately 5 mm (¼ inch). This helps prevent uneven or fast burning, dripping, or flaring, and encourages a steady, clean flame. A well-trimmed wick also allows the scent to gently and evenly fill the room. For best results, use a wick trimmer to remove excess wick cleanly.

Burn safely

Always place your candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface and burn it in a safe, open space. Keep it away from anything that could catch fire, such as furniture, paper, books, or curtains.

Never leave unattended

Do not leave a burning candle unattended, and keep candles out of reach of children and pets. Ensure they cannot be knocked over while lit.

Enjoy mindfully

Allow your candle to melt evenly across the surface during each burn to help prevent tunnelling and extend its life.
